We’re looking for a top performing freelance recruiter who can fill roles at Crypto/Blockchain/Web3 companies. We only work with the biggest brands in the space, and are looking for someone with a proven track-record of placing highly-competitive candidates for tech roles. Compensation is purely success-based on hire, to fully cater to the best recruiters out there.

Job Protocol is a recruiting marketplace, listing open roles from the most exciting companies in the space. Each role has a referral bounty (also called the ‘placement fee’) attached, that is paid out to the person bringing in the candidate that ends up filling the role.

We’re looking for a freelance recruiter that helps bring in candidates for any of the roles listed on our platform. If a candidate that you bring on ends up being hired, you’ll receive the listed recruiting bounty in full, we don’t take any commission. We provide top performing freelance recruiters a great opportunity to earn 20k USD and more per candidate they can place.

A good command of English is required, and previous experience with tech recruitment is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

  • Find and submit high quality candidates for the open roles of our clients (on this page you get an overview of the roles we’re currently hiring for: https://app.jobprotocol.xyz).
  • You work on your own schedule, there is no minimum amount of hours. You can combine your work for Job Protocol perfectly with any other responsibilities you might have.

Requirements

  • Strong command of English.
  • Proven track-record of sourcing candidates through different sources like LinkedIn, your personal network for tech profiles (mostly software engineers).
  • Open to be paid purely on a success basis (when your candidates get hired), not on an hourly or monthly basis.
  • Access to the tools needed for sourcing, e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter or any other sourcing tool you use.

Nice to haves

  • Affinity with the crypto / blockchain / web3 space
  • Previously worked as a freelancer
