Recruiter (Remote) Needed
Talentify helps candidates around the world to discover and stay focused on the jobs they want until they can complete a full application in the hiring company career page/ATS.
Hiring Company is looking to hire an in-house recruiter to continue adding world-class candidates to our team. The recruiters primary responsibilities will be creating and managing a pipeline of candidates for the various roles open at the company.
Specific Responsibilities Will Include The Following
- Screen and highlight high potential candidates for further review by the hiring manager and team
- Conduct outbound messaging to encourage high potential candidates to apply to work at Hiring Company.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting firms
- Organize and schedule interviews with the hiring team
- Organize feedback sessions and determine whether we should make an offer
- Work with employees regarding benefits, HR policies, and other on-boarding questions.

The ideal candidate can screen candidates across technical and sales roles, get candidates excited about their career prospects at Hiring Company, and help the team identify and close the best person for each job.
- Experience successfully recruiting technical candidates
- Highly organized with a positive attitude
- Great communication skills to convey the Hiring Company story
